*Job Summary:*
As a Business Development Associate at Luxolis 3D Connect, you will play a key role in the company?s growth strategy. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall sales process. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for technology and innovation.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Research and identify potential clients across various industries (architecture, real estate, entertainment, etc.) who could benefit from Luxolis 3D Connect?s services.
* Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, networking, and leveraging digital tools.
* Initiate outreach to prospective clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings to introduce Luxolis 3D Connect?s offerings.
* Work closely with the sales team to develop tailored presentations, proposals, and demonstrations of products/services to address client needs.
* Qualify leads, conduct follow-up calls, and move prospects through the sales funnel towards closing.
* Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to inform business development strategies.
* Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for new services or improvements to existing products.
* Build strong relationships with prospective and current clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Support clients during the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions from sales to project execution teams.
* Collaborate with internal teams (design, technical, marketing, and operations) to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
* Provide regular reports on lead generation, sales progress, and pipeline status to senior management.
* Represent Luxolis 3D Connect at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and build a network of potential clients.
*Qualifications & Skills:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
* 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles (experience in tech, architecture, real estate, or 3D visualization industries is a plus).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
* Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
* Ability to learn technical product details and translate them into clear, value-driven presentations.
* Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented with a passion for sales and business development.
* A proactive and energetic attitude with a strong desire to contribute to the success of a growing company.
* Curiosity about the 3D technology landscape and its applications across different industries.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions.
