We are currently seeking for a experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team at St Louis Bar & Grill Wasaga Beach. *Overview:* * Lead day to day leadership and management of back of house as directed by General Manager * Over see all aspects of daily operations of the kitchen * Lead kitchen team to maintain overall cleanliness of the kitchen * Provide leadership and coaching of both full-time and part-time staff * Train, supervise and motivate staff * Manage weekly scheduling, inventory and ordering *Requirements:* * Previous supervisory and hospitality experience * Food Handlers certificate (required) * Standard First Aid (preferred) We thank all applicants for applying, but only those candidate selected for an interview will be contacted.
