Job Description:Are you a people person with a knack for developing & maintaining continuous improvement concepts, principals, and practices? Do you possess exceptional communication skills and can keep organized while working in a fast-paced environment? We would love to meet you! As an Instructional Designer, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining training materials to meet the evolving needs of various stakeholders across the organization. You will curate and manage the training library, create training plans, and ensure content is up-to-date and aligned with organizational objectives. Leveraging data analysis techniques, evaluate the efficacy of training programs, and recommend alternative changes to improve service delivery. What does your typical day look like?
