We are looking for a well driller to join our growing team. The position available includes operation and maintenance of our Drill Rigs for residential water wells. An applicant should have knowledge and experience in the following. · Drill, bore and dig for water wells. - Install well screens, casings and other well fixtures · Perform routine maintenance work on water well drilling rigs and equipment. · Install, test, maintain and repair water well pumps, piping systems and equipment. · Perform pumping tests to assess well performance. -Water Well Technicians license -ability to work overtime and start at 7:00am or earlier *Responsibilities* * Operate drilling rigs and associated equipment safely and efficiently. * Perform horizontal drilling operations as per project specifications. * Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on drilling equipment to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborate with team members to build and set up rig components as required. * Utilize cranes and forklifts for the movement of materials and equipment on-site. * Monitor drilling progress and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency. * Maintain accurate records of drilling activities, including depth, pressure, and other relevant data. * Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment. *Requirements* * Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with drilling rigs. * Strong mechanical knowledge related to drilling operations and equipment maintenance. * Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is preferred. * Experience in the oil and gas industry is highly desirable. * Ability to operate cranes and forklifts safely on-site. * Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure. * Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. * Willingness to work in various weather conditions and at remote locations.
