\*Job Summary\* We are seeking a skilled Journeyperson Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing and gas in a rooftop setting. Foreman experience or willingness to be a Team Lead is an asset. \*Duties\* - Build, and assemble plumbing systems according to specification - Utilize hand tools to cut, bend, and thread pipes - Inspect plumbing systems to identify issues and perform repairs - Collaborate with other tradespeople such as carpenters and HVAC technicians, roofers, electricians. - Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations \*Requirements\* - Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and problem-solving - Experience in plumbing, including working with various pipe materials - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with hand tools commonly used in plumbing work - Willing to Learn, Assist other trades, and Have fun. - Training and courses available Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $46.00-$56.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 44 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Overtime * Weekends as needed Experience: * plumbing: 2 years (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Driver's License (required) Work Location: On the road Expected start date: 2024-11-22- LocationEdmonton, AB
