*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Receiver to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, ensuring that all shipments are processed accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience. *Duties* * Process incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in packaging and labeling. * Receive and help unload product from transport trucks. * Utilize our POS system to properly scan into our inventory. * Verify invoices to ensure correct products are received. * Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory levels and manage order fulfillment. * Keep the warehouse safe, clean, and free from clutter. * Claims and warranties * Filling * Call customers when their order arrives. * Maintain organized storage areas to facilitate efficient warehouse distribution. * Perform regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies. * Collaborate with team members to improve shipping processes and enhance overall efficiency. *Skills* * Proficient in order fulfillment processes and best practices. * Understanding of e-commerce logistics and warehouse distribution operations. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. * Able to work independently as well as within a team. * Willing to learn new skills and accept feedback. * Able to bend, lift up to 50lbs, climb, kneel and will be required to stand for long periods.
