*PAID WEEKLY ? 4 DAY WORK WEEK ? FULLY PAID BENEFITS* Work in a safe & clean shop with a positive team that provides continued training and development. *Compensation and Benefits* * Starting wage: $25.25/hour, $26.00/hour after 3 months, $27.25 after 12 months. * Fully company-paid benefits starting after 3 months of employment. * Weekly pay. *Work-Life Balance* * Work schedule: 4-day standard work week (Monday-Thursday) 6:30am-5:30pm, resulting in 50 more days off per year compared to a 5-day work week. * Start with 2 work weeks of vacation. We are actively seeking skilled Aluminum Welders who are self-motivated and may also assist in robotic CNC welding, and TIG welding, along with opportunities on projects in new product development. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organization. *Qualifications* * 1 or more years of experience in MIG welding, sheet metal, or welding in manufacturing. * Committed to being at work, every day and on time. *Job Duties & Responsibilities* * Perform welding tasks using MIG welding techniques. * Read and interpret blueprints to execute welding projects accurately. * Utilize hand and power tools to prepare materials for welding. * Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working with welding equipment. * Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met. * Continuously improve welding skills and techniques through training and practice.
