We are looking for a dedicated, long-term team member to join our growing practice and be part of this mission. *Job Duties:* * Provide high-quality, individualized physiotherapy treatments to patients. * Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to meet each patient?s unique needs. * Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. * Educate patients on preventative measures and at-home exercises to improve their condition and prevent future issues. * Maintain clear and accurate records of patient care, progress, and treatment modifications. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. * Participate in continuing education and training, with a focus on pelvic floor physiotherapy. * Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients, with a focus on patient satisfaction and well-being. *Requirements* * *Education:* Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Physiotherapy. * *Certification:* Registered Physiotherapist or Resident Physiotherapist working under a Supervisor. * *Specialization:* Interest in and commitment to developing expertise in pelvic floor physiotherapy / pediatric preferred. * *Experience:* Previous experience in pelvic floor physiotherapy is an asset but not required.
