*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. This individual will play a crucial role in supporting our branding, content, and marketing initiatives while helping to enhance our presence across various platforms.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Branding and Marketing Initiatives:*
* Work with the marketing team to develop and implement branding strategies.
* Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels.
* *Content Creation:*
* Write engaging and SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, and marketing materials.
* Assist in copywriting for social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements.
* *Graphic Design:*
* Design marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and social media graphics.
* Collaborate with the team to maintain brand visual identity.
* *Social Media Management:*
* Manage and monitor TripToGo?s social media platforms, including content scheduling and community engagement.
* Track social media performance and provide insights for improvement.
* *Event Planning:*
* Assist in planning and executing online and offline events to promote the brand and engage with customers.
* *Market Research and Reporting:*
* Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience preferences, and competitive analysis.
* Prepare detailed reports based on marketing data and campaign performance.
* *Marketing Material Preparation:*
* Prepare and distribute promotional materials, both digital and print.
* Ensure timely delivery and proper distribution of materials.
* *Website Content Management:*
* Assist in updating and maintaining website content to keep it fresh and engaging.
* Work on improving website performance and user experience.
* *General Support:*
* Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager and Supervisor.
* Assist with various tasks and projects as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing department.
*Qualifications:*
* Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 1+ year of experience in a marketing or assistant role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Zoho, Meta Business Suite, Google Ad).
* Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Experience with social media management and website content updates.
* Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $43,100.00-$66,859.87 per year
