*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is essential in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, customer relationship management, and sales management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and negotiating contracts to ensure mutual success. *Responsibilities* * Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business growth objectives. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and reporting on progress. * Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. * Prepare presentations and proposals for potential clients. *Experience* * Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry. * Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on client satisfaction. * Demonstrated project management abilities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is highly desirable. * Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and identify opportunities for growth. * Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
