Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Powder Coater to join our team. As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for applying powder coating finishes to various metal products. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work with various tools and equipment. Duties: - Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary - Apply powder coating using electrostatic spray guns or other application methods - Ensure even coverage and smooth finish of the powder coating - Operate curing ovens to properly cure the powder coating - Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or repairs - Maintain equipment and perform routine maintenance as needed - Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Previous experience as a Powder Coater or in a similar role preferred - Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating material requirements - Ability to operate cranes, power tools, and other machinery safely - Experience with welding, fabricating, or machining is a plus - Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is beneficial Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience and skills - Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance - Paid time off and holiday pay If you have the skills and experience required for this position, we would love to hear from you.
