? We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Kerpan Farms, ensuring operational excellence, and driving the company's growth strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural and a passion for sustainable practices. ? Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's mission and goals. * Oversee farm operations, including production planning, crop management, and distribution logistics. * Lead and mentor a team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. * Manage budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and profitability. * Collaborate with the executive team to set strategic priorities and identify growth opportunities. * Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards. * Drive initiatives for innovation and sustainability in farm operations. * Build strong relationships with partners, suppliers, and the wider community. ? Qualifications: * Experience within the agricultural sector. * Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing teams. * In-depth knowledge of sustainable farming practices and logistics. * Excellent strategic planning skills with a data-driven mindset. * Strong understanding of financial management and operational performance metrics. * Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. ?
