_*SPECTRA*_ is an ISO full service aluminum parts supplier with 5 manufacturing facilities in Ontario, Head Offices in Bradford, and due to a new manufacturing facility opening in Bradford and promotions from within Spectra, We have opportunity at our: *Bradford Facility *For *Millwright* The candidate will be tasked troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues. In addition you will also work on new equipment installs and tear-down/re-build jobs. An ideal candidate will have a strong problem solving ability, mechanical aptitude and the ability to excel in a time-sensitive environment. You will be trained on all necessary aspects of the job. * Troubleshoot and repair issues in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems * Install, align, dismantle and remove mechanical equipment on vehicles, such as pumps, hoses, compressors, engines, tanks, according to layout plans using hand and power tools * Operate hoisting and lifting devices such as cranes, jacks and machinery and parts during the installation, set-up and repair of machinery * Perform service work on existing equipment including tear-downs and rebuilding * Diagnose customer issues over the phone * Estimate time, materials and costs associated with work to be performed * Travel to other Spectra plants as required to perform PM and work on projects * Adhere to all safety policies and procedures *Skill Development* * Experience in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment * Basic electrical drawings * Hydraulic schematics * CAD bill of materials for machinery builds * Fluid processing diagrams * Ability to read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures * Ability to operate various power tools to assemble, cut, and sand components * Keen attention to detail and tidiness * Examine end product to ensure it meets quality standards and is aesthetically Job Type: Full-time Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Paid time off Schedule: * Monday to Friday * On call * Overtime * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person- LocationBradford West Gwillimbury, ON
