*Job Overview*
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, including data entry, file management, and effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Experience in a medical office or as a dental receptionist is preferred but not mandatory.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain up-to-date records.
* Manage and organize files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Provide support in proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity.
* Handle phone calls and correspondence professionally, addressing inquiries as needed.
* Handle customer inquiry in person and on the phone.
* Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
* Maintain a clean and organized office environment to enhance productivity.
* Collaborate with team members to improve office processes and workflows.
* Manage ticket system and set work priority for technicians
* Place orders for stock.
* Maintain inventory counts.
* Stockout and tag products.
* Receive inventory
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in an administrative role; experience as a dental receptionist or in a medical office is a plus.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in data entry with attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
* Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
* Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office efficiency.

Pay: $22.91-$23.90 per hour
Expected hours: 15 ? 35 per week
