*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply as they will enhance our customer engagement. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their inquiries. * Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. * Maintain an organized checkout area and ensure it is clean and presentable. * Utilize effective phone etiquette when addressing customer calls or inquiries. * Promote products through upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales. * Assist in managing inventory by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise. * Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. *Qualifications* * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus. * Previous cashiering or retail experience preferred but not required. * Proven ability to sell products and engage customers effectively. * Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. * Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment. * A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. * Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
