We are a manufacturing company well regarded in the steel industry for over 90 years located in the Eastern Townships. We are currently hiring dynamic, energetic and detail oriented employees to join our growing team. We have positions available on the evening shift. The evening shift schedule Monday to Thursday 16h00 to 2h30<br><br>Tasks include:<br><br><p>- Prepare pieces for welding</p><p>- Quality control to respect product tolerances and customer demands</p><p>- Prepare proper jigs depending on product specifications</p><p>- Product packaging and bundling</p><p>- Read and interpret plans and technical specifications for welding</p><p>- Maintain precise production reports and communicate results with the production manager<br><br>- Use equipment to weld ferrous metals</p> <br> <p>- Must have completed DEP or ASP in welding</p><p>- Good manual skills and dexterity</p><p>- Certification for crane and forklift operation is a plus</p><p>- Attention to detail</p><p>- Methodical and analytical thinking skills to identify and solve problems</p><p>- Sense of responsibility to maintain the equipment</p><p>- Sense of observation and diligence for quality control</p><p>- Ability to work under pressure to repair equipment and meet production goals</p><p>- Ability to work with a team</p><p> </p>- LocationBromont, QC
