<p><strong>OUR COMMITMENT</strong></p><ul><li>You will operate in an environment that is always in action.</li><li>You will participate in the rise of the foundations and walls of your city.</li><li>A job where you can use your communication and workforce skills.</li><li>A united workforce team that builds a sustainable, concrete-strong future.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>YOUR MISSION</strong></p><ul><li>Demonstrate proactive commitment to health, safety and environment</li><li>Supervise the team under your responsibility.</li><li>Plan the daily work schedule (loading and delivery schedule)</li><li>Receive concrete orders and dispatch to the concrete mixer operators.</li><li>Operate the mixer to mix concrete;</li><li>Ensure the concrete meets the quality standard requested by the customer;</li><li>Overlook the smooth operation of all operations;</li><li>When needed Perform quality control tests;</li><li>Operate the loader if required;</li><li>Perform all other tasks when required.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>YOUR DNA</strong></p><ul><li>Being comfortable with various IT software;</li><li>Experience working in a ready-mix concrete plant (an asset)</li><li>Having Leadership, initiative and organizational skills;</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;</li><li>Bilingual: frequence continuously, intermediate level because must communicate whit employees and customers ;</li><li>Class 3 driver?s license (an asset).</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>OUR OFFER</strong></p><ul><li>You have no experience, we will train you!
