Role and Responsibilities * Provide quality diagnostic and therapeutic services * Perform pulmonary function testing in acceptance with the latest ERS/ATS standards * Perform 6 minute walk tests as well as single blind walk tests * Assist with quality control and infection control Qualifications and Education Requirements · Registered Respiratory Therapist with College of Respiratory Therapists of Ontario (CRTO) · Completion of a respiratory therapy diploma from a recognized institution · Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) · Decision-making skills under stressful situations, capability to assess implications of these decisions and integrate appropriate action · Good oral, written and communication skills in English, French is an asset Preferred Skills * Minimum 1 year experience * Bilingual * Experience with pulmonary function testing & VMAX system an asset but not required Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $28.00-$30.00 per hour Expected hours: 7 ? 35 per week Schedule: * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationKingston, ON
