Closing Line Cook Bollocks Pub & Kitchen WHITBY Line Cook Job Summary Bollocks Pub is looking for a hardworking Closing Line Cook who can help prepare meals, using house recipes. The successful candidate will be familiar with standard kitchen practices and eager to learn the Bollocks Pub menu. Job Responsibilities * Memorize recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes * Prepare ingredients and components of each dish on our menu in a timely manner * Maintain inventory of the kitchen, rotating products as need * Ability to work as a team to execute orders at a high-volume restaurant * Following kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines * Ensuring a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace always Qualifications & Skills * Line Cook Experience a must, minimum 1 year * Safe Food Handling Certificate required & High School Diploma/ GED required * Excellent verbal communication and organization skills * Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds at a time on a regular basis No phone calls or unannounced visits, please.
