*THIS IS AN IN PERSON 14On/14Off job in FortMcMurray* *About us* Located in Ft. McMurray, our team at Viking is small but ambitious and we are looking for people to join us on the ground floor. Musts: Journeyman Ticket for Plumbing AND Ideally Gasfitter A - You must be able to provide your tickets. We're set on growing and making our mark in Ft. McMurray and have the work to do it. Our focus is serving our clients but the best technicians who are what they're worth while building lasting relationships with our clients. If you choose to work with us, you're getting in at the beginning of something we believe will be great. *Please note this job is either:* *- 14/14 shift work - you must pay for your travel to and from Fort McMurry. For this model, you will be on call for the 14 days.* *- M-F if you are located in Fort Mac.* Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and HVAC systems and equipment - Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration units - Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with refrigeration systems - Repair or replace defective components in refrigeration systems - Test refrigeration systems for leaks and proper functionality - Follow safety protocols and guidelines when working with refrigerants - Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work performed Requirements: - *Journeyman Ticket in Plumbing* Nice to Have *- Journey ticket in HVAC refrigeration * - Proven experience as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role - Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems and components - Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55.00-$60.00 per hour Expected hours: 80 ? 100 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Company car * Dental care * Extended health care * Vision care Licence/Certification: * driver's license (required) * Class A Gas License (required) * Refrigeration Journeyman (preferred) * Journeyman Plumbing Red Seal (required) Work Location: In person- LocationFort McMurray, AB
