We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented *Service Desk Analyst* to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Service Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional user support and customer service on the company technology stack. This role will troubleshoot IT-related problems, advise on appropriate action or escalate when needed to the appropriate team. This position reports to the IT Support Manager and will be located in Toronto, ON.

*What You?ll Do:*
* Provide IT support at the Headquarters office in Toronto and work alongside the wider Service Desk team to provide remote second level support to users in other locations when required.
* Configure company equipment as needed (servers, PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, phones, cell phones, wireless network devices and other department specific hardware and/or software).
* Technical troubleshooting, assistance, support and resolution for company hardware and software.
* Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and/or vendors when required.
* Follow company IT policies, SOPs and processes to provide support under the technical and operational guidelines.
* Follow IT security policies and guidelines. Report any suspected data and / or security risk to the IT Security team and the line manager.
* Responsible for incident, change and problem management, along with root-cause analysis.
* Daily monitoring to address incidents and proactive problem management to identify and resolve potential issues.
*What You?ll Need:*
* Post-secondary education in an IT-related field of study
* Strong working knowledge of software, hardware, related technologies and equipment
* Proficient in troubleshooting issues with mobile and desktop technologies
* Experience with Office 365, Windows, and Active Directory (AD) administration
* Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions (Microsoft Intune would be an asset)
* Experience with Microsoft Azure or cloud support would be considered an asset
* Advanced problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management
* Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to service excellence
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Experience in the travel industry would be considered an asset
* A strong command of both written and spoken Spanish would be considered an asset
