*Company description* The Crown Leaf Cannabis is a fully licensed cannabis dispensary that provides a wide variety of cannabis products and accessories. *Job description* The Crown Leaf Cannabis is seeking a full-time and part-time Budtender for our North York, Ontario location. As a Budtender, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, fostering a safe, informative, and welcoming atmosphere for every visitor. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for customer interaction and a talent for creating an open, friendly environment. Your role will include educating and guiding customers on recreational cannabis, with the goal of delivering an exceptional experience to everyone who walks through our doors. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed. *Requirements and Qualifications* · Must be 19 years of age or over · Criminal background check *(Must possess prior to employment offer)* · CannSell Training Certificate *(Must possess prior to employment offer)* · Excellent verbal, and written communication skills · Proficient computer skills and experience with Point of Sales systems is an asset _(training is provided on the Cannabis POS system)_ · Experience in a similar role with sales and customer service experience in retail or hospitality with extensive customer-facing interaction · Eagerness to learn · Related product knowledge an asset · Demonstrate high levels of integrity and responsibility · Positive and outgoing personality to ensure a high level of customer interaction and satisfaction · Ability to multitask · Organizational skills to maintain efficiencies · Meet the physical demands of a retail environment including transporting up to 30lbs · Flexible availability to work weekends, weekdays and as required Job Types: Full-time, Casual, Permanent Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour Schedule: * Evening shift * Every Weekend * Monday to Friday * Morning shift * Weekends only Application question(s): * Are you of legal minimum age (19+)? * Do you have a CannSell Ontario Standard Certificate?
