We are a unique, local manufacturing and construction company in it's 52nd year of operation. Come be a part of an organization that designs, engineers, manufactures and installs custom building enclosures across North America. We are seeking a Maintenance Manager who will oversee and manage the maintenance procedures related to the facilities. The responsibilities of this position include organization of manpower, maintain and repair of the buildings, machines, vehicle fleet, janitorial functions, as well as tracking repairs and costs. Essential Functions Direct and coordinate manpower for all maintenance functions. Maintain a Preventative Maintenance Program (PM) for the buildings and machinery. Diagnose problems with machinery and facilities when required and coordinate and lead all machine repairs and- LocationWindsor, ON
