<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Claims Examiner</strong></p><p>Trident Global Assistance is looking for four Claims Examiner to join the company on a full-time basis. Currently, this position works from home but may be required to work from the office in the future.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>• Manage mid to high-level complexity travel insurance claims;</p><p>• Verify coverage;</p><p>• Timely and accurately analyze and address coverage issues under insurance policies;</p><p>• Conduct timely and effective investigations of claims using internal and external resources;</p><p>• Determine eligibility for coverage based on the policy terms and conditions;</p><p>• Identify subrogation and coordination of benefits opportunities; subrogate and coordinate benefits where applicable;</p><p>• Set timely and accurate expense reserves. Manage reserves throughout the life cycle of each claim while documenting any reserve changes;</p><p>• Accurately record claims information, conversations and decisions in the system;</p><p>• Assist with claim inquiries;</p><p>• Build and maintain relationships with external and internal customers to include insureds, providers and underwriters;</p><p>• Actively participate as a member of the Claims team contributing ideas and efforts towards reaching department objectives and goals and supporting collaborative work environment;</p><p>• Assist with training and mentoring new claims staff;</p><p>• Take additional duties as assigned.</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>• Excellent verbal and written communication skills</p><p>• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills</p><p>• Time management and organizational skills</p><p>• Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset</p><p>• Proficiency with MS Office and Internet</p><p>• Passion for providing exceptional customer service</p><p> </p><p>Required Education: Post-secondary education</p><p>Required Experience: Minimum of three years of experience in adjudicating travel insurance claims</p><p>Required Languages: French (fully bilingual) and English</p><p>Training provided by the company</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p></div>Company Description<div>Be part of a dynamic team and make an impact in a fast-growing travel insurance company.</div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>Be part of a dynamic team and make an impact in a fast-growing travel insurance company.</div>- LocationEtobicoke, ON
