Steele Auto Group has an immediate requirement for Client Care Associate to support our Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, and Newfoundland locations!Location: Remote with occasional travel (less than 5%) to dealerships in throughout Atlantic Canada.The Client Care Associate is responsible for advising the customer of their upcoming service requirements, recalls and to schedule appointments. The work is all about customer care with a focus on the ability to serve and communicate with our clients efficiently and effectively. No sales, no commissions?just a commitment to delivering a transparent and personalized service experience.This opportunity provides a progressive call center environment, that incudes NO WEEKENDS, NO EVENINGS and NO OVERNIGHT SHIFTS!!!The hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm.Earn a competitive Base Wage of $16.80 to $19.70 per hour, plus a Bonus of up to $600 per month.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Responsible for answering customers by phone call, email, or any channels with friendly and polite mannerAdvising the customer of their upcoming service requirement and scheduling appointmentsManaging workload efficiently to ensure customers are handled productivelyContacting customers to give them accurate feedback on the progress of their inquiriesUpdating customer information as requiredMaintaining confidentiality of informationEnsure customers to have high-level satisfaction and repeat business with us by fulfilling their queriesPartner and support with our dealerships to communicate and fulfill customers' needsAccurately report and document customer details in appropriate systems and toolsAppropriately communicate and solve any situation requiring support for resolutionPerforming other duties as the need arises Requirements:Bilingual in French and English would be considered an assetStrong computer skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)Previous experience in a customer focused role, with an ability to see things from different perspectivesEffective, Two-Way Communication skillsOrganized with ability to prioritize work Strong technical skills and highly motivated Works well both independently and as part of a teamStrong multi-tasking abilityWhy Steele Auto?Competitive compensation package, with annual wage review Flexible Health and Dental Plans, 6 different cost shared options to meet everyone's needs Enhanced Benefits including Telehealth, Mental Health Support and EFAP Retirement Savings Plan with employer match up to 4%, after 5 years up to 5% Opportunities for career growth and advancement Employee discounts on vehicle purchasing, parts, and service at any of our locations A safe, inclusive, and dynamic work environment We sincerely thank our applicants interested in this opportunity and wish to advise that only candidates invited for an interview will be contacted.
