¿About the positions¿¿ The positions available will mainly be in a call center. CALL CENTER JOBS (Payment Services Officer, Citizen Services Officer) As a call center officer, you will be required to provide customer service by telephone to citizens seeking information on Employment Insurance and/or Old Age Security and/or Passports and to perform transactions in computerized files. The position requires the ability to communicate clearly, to work according to established standards and to be able to handle calls from citizens at a sustained pace. CLAIM PROCESSING JOBS (Payment Services Officer, Integrity Services Officer, Program Officer, Passport Officer) As a claims processing officer, you will be required to provide fast, courteous and accurate services by effectively contributing to the processing of Employment Insurance, Old Age Security and Passport applications.
