## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Locksmith to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, adjusting, and maintaining locks and security systems. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with your hands, we would love to hear from you. ## Responsibilities - Install and repair locks and other security devices - Cut new or duplicate keys - Repair or replace damaged locks - Perform lock picking, key cutting, and rekeying services - Provide customers with advice on security solutions - Maintain accurate records of all work performed ## Requirements - Proven experience as a Locksmith or in a similar role - Knowledge of various types of locks and security devices - Strong mechanical aptitude - Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Good communication skills to interact with customers Preferred Skills: - Certification as a Locksmith / have current locksmith license for BC or AB - Experience with electronic security systems - Knowledge of safe manipulation techniques Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $25.80 per hour Expected hours: 40 ? 45 per week Additional pay: * Overtime pay Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * Life insurance Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime Work Location: In person- LocationSalmon Arm, BC
