Certified Dental Assistant If you are an aspiring dental assistant currently enrolled in a program, newly certified, or a seasoned experienced CDA, we want to hear from you! Our new dental office is on Dunbar street and 39th, nearby Breadculture and Hmart, offers the latest advanced dental technology. This job requires some evening hours and saturdays This is the Role for you if? * You are a motivated individual and are looking to grow your career with a new, energetic clinic. * You are curious, always learning, and want continuous development and training. * You are looking for a family-oriented practice that performs a wide variety of dental procedures. * You want to work with a team of hard-working, driven individuals who also have fun together and respect each other. Your responsibilities will include, but is not limited to: * Preparing patients for treatment by welcoming them, seating them, and responding to their questions and requests * Assist with a diverse range of dental procedures, including: o Fillingso Extractionso Implantso Impressions What We are Looking For * At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred but new grads welcome to apply! We want you to grow with us and will provide training as needed. * Must be able to work Saturdays and some evening hours * Dental Assistant Certification required (unless currently enrolled in program) * The ability to take direction and work well in both a team and individual setting * Excellent customer-service skills with a sincere desire to help patients * Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 8 per week Benefits: * Dental care Schedule: * 8 hour shift Experience: * Dental Assisting: 1 year (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Dental Assistant Certificate (required) Work Location: In person- LocationVancouver, BC
