*Job Summary* We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality hair services while ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for our clients. *Responsibilities* * Provide a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences. * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their desired outcomes and offer professional recommendations. * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in accordance with health and safety regulations. * Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue. * Assist with front desk operations as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries. * Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with informed advice. * Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. *Qualifications* * Valid cosmetology license in the state of practice. * Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level candidates. * Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service excellence. * Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining a genuine approach. * Knowledge of retail sales practices within the beauty industry is a plus. * A passion for hair styling and an eagerness to learn new techniques. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
