Prepare appraisal reports for courts, attorneys, and creditors. Prepare appraisal reports for buyers or auctioneers. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Appraisal Institute of Canada Accreditation. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Access. MS Excel. MS Office. MS Outlook. MS Word. Assessor and appraiser specialization: Commercial and industrial buildings and property. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Public transportation is available.
