Description: Provide administrative support to a team of regional Sales Representatives Prepare quotations and system evaluation agreements Liaise between Sales and various departments to coordinate questions, provide status updates, and ensure timely processing and turnaround of quotations Coordinate new sales initiatives/campaigns by researching, preparing and distributing data to Sales Coordinate updates to company database by maintaining project notes, and training staff on new applications Update and maintain contact data/information in database Coordinate customer visits at all stages of the process (incl. preparing agendas, confirming personnel availability, scheduling meetings, ordering/setting up/cleaning up- LocationBurlington, ON
