DescriptionMinimum 18 years of age Possession of a current leadership certification specializing in aquatics as recognized by AFLCA (Alberta Fitness Leadership Certification Association) or CALA (Canadian Aqua-fitness Leaders Alliance) or Water-ART or YMCA Group Fitness in Aqua-fitness Must be able to swim a minimum of 25 meters (shallow and deep end)Must be willing to complete the applicable training programs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to motivate and encourage participants Assets: Additional fitness certifications Experience leading a variety of aquatic classes Valid Intermediate First Aid Excellent communication skills; must be able to deliver instructions clearly and effective Skills required for success: Must be willing to complete the applicable training programs Knowledge of the principles, practices and techniques employed in aquatic fitness- LocationEdmonton, AB
