Steele Valley Chevrolet is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team!As a Sales Representative with Steele Valley Chevrolet, you will connect with customers, showcase vehicles, and guide clients through the purchase process. If you're a passionate, customer focused individual with experience in Sales, this role offers endless opportunities for growth and commissions.Commission Wage Structure (Earning Potential of $100,000 + Annually!) For up to the first year of employment, to support development, Steele Auto Group guarantees a minimum income of $644.23 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Dive into engaging conversations with customers, either in-person or electronically, to truly understand needs, preferences, and budget.Showcase or impressive range of vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.Guide customers through the selection process, helping them find the perfect vehicle to match their requirements.Elevate the customer car-buying experience with test-drives and detailed product demonstrations.Deliver exceptional customer service, throughout the sales process, ensuring satisfaction beyond the sale.Fulfill other duties as required by managers, contributing the overall success of Steele Valley Chevrolet. Requirements:Passionate about the automotive industryMinimum 2 years' sales experienceEnthusiastic personality, neat and professional in appearanceStrong interpersonal skillsPrevious client service experienceWell organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitudeHard working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skillsExceptional communication skills both in-person and onlineAbility to work independently and within a team environmentHave a valid driver's license and be able to provide an acceptable driver's abstractWhy Steele Auto?
