*Full job description* We are currently looking for an experienced embroidery machine operator. Experience with embroidery machines is required. Position to start in December. Our ideal candidate for this position should have an exceptional eye for detail, patience, technical skills, and time management. *Responsibilities and Duties* * Follow the design to sew logos, motives, symbols, and other details into fabrics * Gather and analyze project specifications and the client?s needs * Operator should be skilled and have an understanding of all phases of embroidery * Operate multi-head embroidery machines using standard safety procedures * Clean and trim * Repair minor mechanical problems such as broken or defective needles * Prepare and decorate garments for decoration using embroidery. * Perform regular production quality control * Unpack, tag and pack product; maintain the storage space * Assist supervisor with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting *Qualifications and Skills* * Proficiency in operating embroidery machines * Knowledge of different types of fabrics and thread * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Organized and strong attention to detail * Ability to lift boxes weighing up to 50lbs * Strong work ethic * Team player * Motivated to improve and learn *Experience:* * Machine Operator: 1 year (required) *Work Location:* In person *Language:* English Job Type: Full-time Experience: * sewing: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-11-28- LocationMississauga, ON
