*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their treatment. This role requires a strong understanding of dental procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough examinations of patients' oral health and diagnose dental conditions. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs. * Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and preventive care. * Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of regular dental visits. * Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix and other relevant software. * Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to provide comprehensive care. * Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities. *Skills* * Proficiency in using dental software such as Abeldent and Epic for patient management. * Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to dentistry. * Ability to work effectively in a pediatric setting, providing care tailored to children?s needs. * Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and staff alike. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of care. Qualifications: * Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD/BDS Program or completion of the NDEB Equivalency Exam * Certified with NDEB * Licensed and in good standing with the RCDSO * Canadian experience preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $100,000.00-$283,635.39 per year Benefits: * On-site parking Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Evening shift * Every Weekend Work Location: In person- LocationMississauga, ON
