Position #: 190962 Expected Start Date: December 09, 2024 Union: HSAS Facility: Community Services 20th Street City/Town: Saskatoon Department: New Alcohol and Drug Initiatives - Opioid Assisted Recovery Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: August 26, 2025 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Evenings Hours of Work: 224 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: Yes Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Addictions Counsellor - Diploma $29.584 to $36.176 Travel Required: No Job Description: As the successful applicant, you will be responsible to provide first contact and intake services to adults affected by substance abuse. This will include screening and assessment activities, delivering informative dynamic group workshops, developing community awareness and involvement, case and file management. You will be working collaboratively with other professional and community groups to provide comprehensive services to a specific client population.
