Position #: 124936 Expected Start Date: November 26, 2024 Union: HSAS Facility: Meadow Lake Hospital City/Town: Meadow Lake Department: Clinical Nutrition Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: November 02, 2026 FTE: 1 Hours of Work: 14 shifts of 8 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: Yes Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Dietitian - Degree $36.171 to $44.230 Travel Required: Yes Job Description:Services are delivered within a constantly changing and challenging health care setting. The Dietitian is responsible to ensure the provision of safe, high quality nutrition services as an integral part of total patient care. This may occur in an outpatient, inpatient or long term care setting. The Dietitian must build relationships and work collaboratively with other disciplines to meet client needs. This includes participating in Primary Health Care teams and Chronic Disease Management teams.
