Hood Packaging Corporation considers applications for all positions without regard to race, gender, religion, national origin, age, marital or veteran status, the presence of a non-job-related medical condition or handicap, or any other legally protected status. *Description Preview* As a Millwright, you are a strong team player working as part of the maintenance crew, supporting the production and engineering team. You have experience in today?s high technology, fast-paced manufacturing industry. You are familiar with manufacturing and packaging equipment, robotics, conveyor systems, and are able to maximize equipment uptime. Key Responsibilities/ Duties: Modify, repair, install, maintain, improve and troubleshoot packaging and other manufacturing equipment. Diagnose mechanical problems and provide quick, innovative solutions for mechanical equipment breakdowns by applying proven skills in the principles of mechanics, fitting, plumbing, basic welding, metal work, machining, troubleshooting and analytical problem solving. Conduct PM programs according to standards Perform preventative maintenance and trouble shooting Recommend solutions to routine and unique equipment problems Response to equipment problems in a timely & customer oriented manner. Integrating all plant, quality, safety and security policies and guidelines into all day to day activities on the job. *Skills and Experience* 433A licensed Industrial Millwright Mechanic (Red Seal) \*\*MANDATORY REQUIREMENT\*\* 3+ years? manufacturing experience Experienced with electrical, PLC and Robotics.
