*Position:* Full-Time Associate Dentist *Location:* Maxwell Dental, Airdrie, AB *Schedule:* Monday to Friday (excluding Thursdays, as the clinic is closed), with the option to work 1-2 Saturdays per month. Scheduling is flexible to accommodate your preferences. Maxwell Dental in Airdrie is seeking an enthusiastic *Full-Time Associate Dentist* to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking longevity while contributing to the growth of a modern, clean, and well-located practice. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform dental examinations, diagnose conditions, and create personalized treatment plans. * Deliver high-quality dental care, including restorative, cosmetic, and preventative treatments. * Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and post-treatment care. * Collaborate with the clinical team to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. * Ensure patient comfort and satisfaction through effective communication and empathy. *Qualifications:* * DDS/DMD degree from an accredited dental school. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Commitment to patient care and exceptional customer service. * Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
