*What we are looking for*
We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Coordinator, Human Resources to join our Human Resources team. This role provides generalist support across various HR functions, with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about talent acquisition, and possesses the initiative to drive our talent acquisition efforts forward. * Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned roles, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
* Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
* Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interview schedules, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
* Assist in developing and maintaining a candidate pipeline for key positions.
* Facilitate new hire onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions and managing necessary paperwork.
* Support new employees? transition to the organization, promoting a welcoming and inclusive environment.
* Maintain accurate employee records and with HR documentation.
* Support payroll and benefits administration as needed, assisting employees with HR-related inquiries.
* Assist in developing HR policies and procedures that promote a positive workplace culture.
* Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and coordinating training and development activities.
* Foster a culture of inclusion and positivity within the team, contributing to the organization?s goals of employee satisfaction and retention.
* Participate in and contribute to HR projects, collaborating with team members to support organizational goals and HR best practices.
*Who you are*
* Bachelor?s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on talent acquisition.
* CHRP/CHRL designation or equivalent (Asset)
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to engage effectively with candidates and employees at all levels.
* Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation, with a positive outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.
