Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Direct and control construction projects. Direct and control the operations of commercial facilities. Evaluate construction projects when modifying commercial, transportation or recreational facilities and real estate. Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate. Identify customers' needs . Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Assess client's needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services. Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service. Prepare and administer sales contracts. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Personal suitability: Organized. Team player. Dependability.
