*Role Summary:* We are a renovation and remodelling company looking for motivated and organized individuals with handyperson tasks for both commercial and residential buildings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in these areas and be able to successfully navigate a variety of projects with efficiency and attention to detail. This role will report directly to the Head of the Project Management Department and work collaboratively with the Architecture Team Coordinator and Logistic Coordinator. *Responsibilities and Expectations:* *What you?ll do:* · Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, installing doors and windows, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, baseboards and trim · Conduct inspections to identify issues and provide solutions. · Install, repair and replace fixtures, appliances and equipment · Handle plumbing jobs including installing and repairing pipes and fixtures · Conduct minor electrical tasks such as installation of fixtures, and troubleshooting electrical issues · Complete drywall plaster work to finish walls and ceilings · Repair or replace damaged floor or drywall · Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time · Other duties as assigned. *Required Qualifications and Skills* · Minimum of 3 years of experience in trades including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and drywall plaster · Excellent finishing skills in drywall patching, painting, caulking, silicone, tiling and small repairs · Excellent oral and written communication skills and customer service skills · Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications · Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions · Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines · Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship · Ability to work independently or as part of a team · Ability to travel to various work locations throughout GTA and the neighboring cities. · Must have your own vehicle. · Possess a driver?s license in good standing. · Must have own hand and power tools Resumes will be reviewed in strict confidence.
