*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team. The Dispatcher will play a crucial role in coordinating transportation logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of freight. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze data, and proficiency in transportation management systems. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent phone etiquette. Must have good knowledge of Punjabi Language. *Duties* * Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls and frequently checking emails. * Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and optimize routes. * Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and suppliers to coordinate schedules and resolve issues. * Perform data entry tasks related to shipping and receiving operations. * Maintain accurate records of all freight transactions using dispatch software. *Qualifications* * Proven 1+ year experience in a dispatch role is preferred. * Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills. * Familiarity with transportation management systems is a plus. * Ability to analyze data effectively for operational improvements. * Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. * Knowledge of freight operations and supply chain management is desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
