*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers, ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales and promoting our products while maintaining the store's visual standards. *Responsibilities* * Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly manner. * Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance the customer experience. * Assist customers with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable recommendations based on their needs. * Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with store policies while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales goals and maintain a positive work environment. * Maintain a strong understanding of the store?s product offerings and promotions. * Maintain the showroom by arranging and displaying furniture to create appealing layouts * Stay informed about current trends in furniture and home decor * Create and post engaging content for social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). *Preferred Qualifications*: * Previous experience in furniture sales or interior design. * Knowledge of furniture styles, trends, and materials. * Ability to work a flexible schedule, weekends, and holidays. *Skills* * Proven ability in upselling products to enhance customer purchases. * Proficiency in English, additional languages are plus. * Excellent organizational skills to maintain store standards and inventory management. * Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. * Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment. * Previous experience in retail sales is preferred, showcasing knowledge of sales techniques and product promotion. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or design is a bonus. *Compensation and Benefits*: * Competitive salary with performance-based commission. * Employee discounts on furniture and home accessories. * Opportunity for advancement and career growth.
