*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pest Control Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and managing pest issues in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a customer-oriented mindset, and the ability to work independently while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients. *Responsibilities* * Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and determine appropriate treatment methods. * Apply pesticides and other pest control products safely and effectively, following all safety protocols and regulations. * Provide excellent customer service by explaining treatment options, answering questions, and offering preventative advice to clients. * Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations. * Utilize power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery as needed for various pest control tasks. * Stay informed about industry trends, pest control techniques, and new products to enhance service delivery. * Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in pest control or a related field is a must * Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. * Ability to operate farm machinery as needed for specific pest control tasks. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. * Must be able to work independently and manage time efficiently while adhering to safety standards and company policy.
