*Overview* We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Speech-Language Assistant (SLA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping others. *Responsibilities* * Work one-on-one or in small groups with clients to practice techniques and strategies. * Monitor and document client progress, providing feedback. * Communicate with clients? families or caregivers to provide updates and instructions. * Maintain compliance with all ethical and legal standards for therapy. *Experience* * A Bachelor's degree * Knowledge of acute care settings is beneficial for candidates looking to work in hospitals or rehabilitation facilities. * Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and colleagues.
