Job Description RESIDENT PROGRAM MANAGER TENDERCARE LIVING CENTRE Candidates are invited to apply for full-time Resident Program Manager position to work at Tendercare Living Centre, a 254 bed long-term care Home, located in Scarborough, Ontario. You have the opportunity to work with amazing residents, families and team members. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will enhance the quality journey of our residents. RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, organize, direct and supervise the department program which includes: Recreational, Restorative care, Pastoral Care, Social Work, Music Therapist and Volunteers. Implement and evaluate program relating to the physical, emotional, social, intellectual and spiritual needs of the residents.
