Education: College/CEGEP. Work setting: Employer's home. Tasks: Provide safety and health education to individuals and their families. Provide nursing services, within defined scope of practice, to patients based on patient assessment and care planning procedures. Monitor patients' progress, evaluate effectiveness of nursing interventions and consult with appropriate members of healthcare team. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CPR Certificate. Security and safety: Bondable. Basic security clearance. Criminal record check. Child Abuse Registry check. Child welfare check. Driver's validity licence check. Adult Abuse Registry check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Own vehicle.
