Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver will be responsible for safely and efficiently delivering goods from Prince George to Vanderhoof and Fort St James. \*\*This is not a class 1 position\*\* Responsibilities: - Drive company vehicles to deliver products to designated locations - Load and unload goods from the vehicle - Follow a planned route and schedule - Provide excellent customer service during deliveries - Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns - Maintain delivery records accurately Requirements: - Valid class 5 driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record - Minimum of 10 years driving experience - Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment - Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members - Experience in a warehouse environment preferred - Capable of heavy lifting and moving items as needed - Work week is from Tuesday to Saturday 3:00 am to 11:00 am No phone calls please. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $23.75-$25.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 50 per week Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * driving: 10 years (required) Language: * English (required) Licence/Certification: * Class 5 Licence (required) Location: * Prince George, BC (required) Work Location: On the road- LocationPrince George, BC
