Position #: 205847 Expected Start Date: December 03, 2024 Union: SUN Facility: St Josephs Hospital - SHA City/Town: Estevan Department: Diabetic Nurse Educator Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 112 hours in a 3 week rotation Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Nurse Practitioner $52.590 to $62.910 Travel Required: No Job Description: In collaboration with the health team, the primary health nurse will provide primary health services to the community. This includes: health promotion and protection, disease and injury prevention, provision of supportive, instructive, treatment and emergency services; collaboration with and referral to other health care professionals; initiating and participating in community development initiatives and participating in evaluative projects.
